The most trending shades: Naturals, Neutrals and Nudes

Either it is your makeup or your clothing, keeping it natural or giving a nude look is a win-win!

The Natural Look:

All the makeup artists and the people are obsessed with the “no makeup” look. It works well on a daily routine basis. You don’t have to use all that bright makeup to look flawless for your day to day outings. The natural look does it all for you.

How to get it:

  • Prep your skin with a hydrating face mask.
  • Use a primer to get a smooth and natural base.
  • Use light coverage foundations as you have to keep your look minimal.
  • Instead of going for thick concealers, go for a light weighted one.
  • Avoid highlighting. You can use a dew stick instead.
  • Apply a little light shaded blush to your cheekbones.
  • Go for a mascara and eyebrow pencil for your brows and lashes
  • Add on a lip gloss or a lip tint and you are good to go!

Hop on into your favourite denim jacket or a white shirt and jeans. You are ready to go lady!

The Neutral Look:

Now this look is confused with the natural look many times. But they are different. It is the middle man between natural and dramatic makeup. The routine is slightly overdone.

How to get it:

  • You guessed it right, skin prep ladies!
  • In this look. Cover your face with foundation properly and conceal it nicely.
  • Full eye makeup has to be done here. Base eye shadow, highlighting eye shadow, eyeliner, mascara, eyebrow pencil and all the steps to get those glamorous eyes.
  • Use a lip colour not to bright and preferably matte.
  • You are ready with something more than natural and less than a tacky makeup.

Go for this look with a dress and you are all prepped to attend a birthday party or an office dinner

The Nude Look:

This style is no less my beauties. People love the nude looks. It is the most preferred when it comes to lip shades and eye makeup. It is the best for an evening dinner or a cocktail party. The nude look is the real MVP!

How to get it:

  • The skin prep is common for all looks. Go for face masks and moisturize your skin.
  • Don’t go for very heavy foundations that may leave your face looking cakey. Go for a moisturizing foundation or a tinted moisturizer. Choose it according to your skin tone.
  • Use an eye shadow that is closest to your tone. Then, use a darker shade like brown and smudge it a little.
  • An eye-liner is a must!
  • Choose a natural shade of blush for your cheekbones.
  • You can go for a pastel shaded highlighter if you want.
  • Nude shade is all about matching your makeup with your nature colour. So for the lip shade as well, go for the one that is the closest to your tone.
  • Add a gloss if you want but we would recommend a matte finish and you have mastered the nude look my girl!

To a surprise, jewel shads like go very well with the nude look. But then in the end, you can wear anything with it and still look dashing.
